Description of Tricone Bits:
The tricone drill bit is the most popular drilling bit in the world,it can be widely used for Oil&Gas Drilling,Mining,Water Well,Geological Exploration areas.Our tricone bit divideds into metal sealed drill bit and rubber sealed bit.
1. The C-Center jet can avoid the formation of a ball in the bit, eliminate the fluid area at the bottom of the well, accelerate the upward flow of drilling cuttings and improve ROP.
2. High saturation NBR bearings can reduce sealing pressure and improve sealing reliability.
3. The G-Gauge protection improves the measuring ability and prolongs the service life of the bit.
4. Adding a row of teeth between the rear taper and the outflow to trim the borehole and protect the cone.
Cutting Structure
The wear-resistance of the teeth is enhanced with premium tungsten carbide hardfacing on the tooth surfaces for the steel tooth bit.The durability of premium tungsten carbide inserts is improved with new formulas and new techniques for insert bit
Gauge Structure
Multiple gague protection with gauge trimmers on the heel and gauge inserts on the gauge surface of the cone,tungsten carbide inserts and hardfacing on the shirttail increases gauge holding capacity and bearing life.
Bearing Structure
High precision journal bearing with two thrust faces,Balls lock the cone.Hardfaced head bearing surface.Cone bearing inlaid with friction-reducing alloy and then silver-plated.Abrasion resistance and seizure of the bearing are improved.and suitable for high rotary speed
Seal and Lubrication
The advanced metal seal package consists of two metal seals and two elastic energizers.Compressed energizers ensure good contact being kept on two sealing surfaces of metal rings by elastic force,and achieves the bearing seal.In the drilling,metal seals are relatively dynamic,and the energizers are static.This will improve the reliability and durability of bearing seal.The pressure compensator system and advanced grease can greatly increase the lubricating reliability.

Optimal test method for drilling parameters:
1. Drill for 5 minutes with initially selected proper WOB and moderate RPM (60~100r/min) and record the ROP (as shown in the table below).
2. Moderately inctease WOB and keep the same RPM and drill under this WOB for 5 minutes and again record the RPO (as shown in the table below).
3. Decrease WOB b the same extent and tepeat step 2.
4. Find the WOB in the tow groups of test than can yield highest ROP.
5. Properly change RPM under optimal WOB and record the ROP (as shown in the table below).
6. Select the RPM at the highest ROP.
7. Set the drilling parameter at the best combination:60KN RPM: 120r/min
